Welcome everyone to the May Papertrey Blog Hop! We are so thrilled to see you here! First, the challenge...



May is the month when many flowers finally go into full bloom after a long winter's sleep. For the blog hop this month we want to see your favorite take on flowers. You can stamp backgrounds, create custom floral embellishments, showcase unique flower center additions (buttons, rhinestones, beads, etc...), flowers die-cut from different materials (like fabric, felt, vellum, etc...) or anything else you can dream up!

I haven't used my copics for awhile, so it was fun to play with them for this image for the blog hop

I made this some time ago and have always liked the look and serenty of it. I hope others will too. Unfortunately now I have to make another one for dear friends that just lost their son.

Make It Monday #9: Heat Embossing


This is my use of heat embossing. I have always liked this method of making your cards look special. Dawn and the other members of the design team make it look so easy and put together. With a little more (lot more) practice maybe mine can inch closer to their inspiring creations.

I really liked the bookmarks that Betsy made a little while ago with the PTI "Way to go Kiddo" set. Since we are off to visit the Grandkids this week end I thought this, with a little $$$ tucked inside the envelope would be something they would like.  Thanks Betsy!

Go-To Sentiment Card

Another day at Papertrey Ink. They are doing so many fun things this Anniversary. I thought I would join in with this Go To sentiment Card. I really like this concept and think it will be one that I use often in the future.
